Terms and Conditions

All payments should be made directly online or by cheque or direct to your instructor.


Pupils must insure that they have a current valid provisional driving licence as well as there theory certificate if you have one on the first day of the driving course and when they present themselves for their driving test.


Payment must be made in full seven days in advance of the start of your course.


Cancellation notice is required 7 days before the start of your intensive course. For pupils booking weekly or hourly lessons a full 24 hour notice period must be given or you will be charged for the lessons you have cancelled.


We will need five working days notice to cancel your driving test or you will forfeit your test fee, this is because we have to give the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) five working days notice.


From time to time we may need to change driving lesson times and dates due to sickness / mechanical breakdown or any other unforeseen reason.


We cannot be held responsible if the DSA have to cancel or postpone the driving test for whatever reason.


Your driving instructor has the right to withhold the use of their vehicle for your driving test if in their opinion the pupil is not up to the required driving standard.
